Schematic Design for a New Home

In order to achieve the desired functions while keeping layout and systems efficient, many iterations of plans and models were tested. Our team's diverse experience informed the development of a designed concept based on two grounded volumes bridged by private spaces above. A transparent circulation hall serves as connection between the three masses. The raised bedrooms hover above the garage and living space enjoying the gorgeous sunlight and view of the woods to the fullest.
